You can register electronically for the congress. Simply fill in the registration form and send it back.
Registration includes:
- admission to all lectures
- admission to the workshops
- congress materials (congress folder, final program, hand-outs)
No registration fee
This congress is supported by the Culture Programme of the European Union.
Other costs
During the congress coffee and tea will be offered at the entrance, in the morning and in the afternoon, and a lunch menu will be served. The costs are € 25,-- per day (€ 50,-- for the 2 days) to be paid in advance.
Congress dinner: The Residenzgaststätten offer a dinner party at the 2. April: wine guidance, wine tasting and dinner in the cellar. Costs: € 34,--.
The congress participants will have to apply additionally for the congress dinner.
Payment
When registering for the congress, please arrange payment of the other costs according to the instructions on the registration form. The name and address of the participant should be clearly stated on the bank transfer. Please bear in mind that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account.
All payments are made in EUR, by bank transfer to the congress bank account.
Cancellation of congress participation
In case of cancellation please notify y.starrenburg@onderwijsmuseum.nl.
Please note that no refund will be possible.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
