The picture shows a midsummer night celebration, which was an important feast in many ancient and medieval cultures. You can see a tribe gathering on a hill at the time of sunset. All people have blond hair which is as unlikely as their short haircut. During the Northern Bronze Age there were many different and culturally independent peoples and tribes. Thus, the existence of the depicted Proto-Germanic ethnic identity is questionable.
